I shot the Metropolitan Police for a public safety story featured in The Georgetowner! I had the opportunity to meet Officer Gresham and Officer Atkins where they walked around Georgetown and greeted a few kids. Officer Atkins even goes around passing out water to anyone in need, so nice! It feels nice to know our city is being protected by officers like these men.

Since I have moved up north, its harder to see my family so whenever I get the chance to sneak away I take the first opportunity. This summer I traveled to Wisconsin where I got to spend time with my family relaxing by the water and being super active outdoors. We got the chance to go hiking and even a little bit of rock jumping and sliding. I love being adventurous and finding new things and places! If you are ever looking for a quiet yet fun getaway you should definitely check out Wisconsin and the adorable Gingerbread House at Camp Lake Resort!

The cute little redheaded girl in these photos has been on of my best friends since freshman year of high school. She literally walked up to me and said "your cute" at the local Barnes and Noble. A "normal" person would have probably laughed off her comment and walked away (Not the 14 year old me)! I responded with "your cute!" ...and the rest is history...

Meet Lindsay!
Lindsay has been in the business of beauty for over 9 years. She started out doing makeup and hair for dance performances, friends and acquaintances’ proms as well as college formals. Lindsay then started providing services for weddings and began her career with Up Do’s For I Do’s in 2005. In 2010 she attended Von Lee School of Aesthetics and earned her certification as a Makeup Artist, which enabled her to change from a career in Nursing to a full time hair and makeup artist. Lindsay is now the Baltimore Manager for Up Do’s For I Do’s, a location that does over 300 weddings a year. Lindsay is a Towson University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Hair and makeup is a lifelong passion for Lindsay and she feels very blessed to be able to do what she loves full time.
