Annapolis fine art photographer, Celia Pearson invited me to her studio where I photographed her working on her next exhibition. Her work is absolutely gorgeous and innovative! She has been published all over the place, I even have one of her books 'Pure Sea Glass' by Richard LaMotte on my coffee table. Its full of her beautiful photography. Loved having the stunning Vickie Althoff in the studio. Ridiculously talented Mara of Lady Peacock toped off the look with beautiful hair and makeup.

Second Shooting
I love my job, especially when I get to work with photographers like Marisa of MisaME Photography. I was so excited when Marisa asked me to be a second shooter for Steven and Jessica's beautiful wedding. We spent the day in downtown Annapolis. First at the gorgeous St. Mary’s Parish where the ceremony was held and then later to party at the Marriott Waterfront (with a view to die for). The entire day was filled with lots of laughter and love. Here are some of my favotate shots!

Absolutely loving this shoot we shot on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with Baltimore based model, Nicole. We had a great time exploring the natural landscape of the shore, contrasting the muted background to her vibrant flowing dresses. Fabulous makeup by Faces by Mara and hair by Caitlin Gibbons.

Boutique Events
Meet Jean Wade Mayer & Emily Jean Villarreal, co-owners of Boutique Events. They met while employed at a catering company in Hunt Valley and shortly thereafter decided to start their own business together as event planners and consultants. Jean & Emily are partnered with Gertrude’s, a restaurant at the Baltimore Museum of Art. This partnership allows them to plan and coordinate all special events held within the venue. They also plan events in and around the surrounding area including weddings, mitzvahs, corporate functions, and residential soirees. They are deeply rooted in the Baltimore community and enjoy giving back by serving on committees and also producing many chic fundraising events around town. Boutique Events is a member of the National Association of Catering and Events and have spent a number of years on the board as Co-Director of Fundraising. This year they are co-chairing a committee for NACE National Conference that will be held in their hometown. Emily earned a BS from Virginia Tech graduating cum laude. Jean graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, majoring in Hospitality Management. The combination of their educational and life experiences has without a doubt strengthened their reputation and allowed them to thrive in this industry delivering extraordinary designs and one-of-a-kind experiences. Courtney Walker
Happy 17th Birthday to Courtney Walker! Check out my shoot with Courtney, who was in need of commercial / lifestyle work for her portfolio. We braved the cold to capture some great images with her bestie.
Baby C
I had a great time photographing Shendel & Ken Clingenpeel in their new home. With their first baby on the way, I wanted to make sure the two four-legged soon-to-be older siblings had their moment in the spotlight, too. Excited to photograph Baby C with the rest of the family once he (or she!) arrives!
